Moses Wanderung
2018
A line of small figures moves through a wide, almost unreal landscape. The title recalls the archetypal idea of a long journey in search of a new place. What stands in the foreground is not the historical event but the universal motif of setting out. Every path demands that the familiar be left behind before the destination is fully known. The landscape thus becomes the inner space of human change. “Moses Wanderung” speaks of trust, uncertainty, and the hope of arrival.
