Unsterbliche

A group of figures moves through an almost boundless, luminous landscape. Their bodies are small and transient while the space around them feels timeless. “Unsterbliche” plays on the contrast between human finitude and the wish to leave traces behind. Perhaps immortality lies not in bodily survival but in memories, thoughts and relationships. The figures therefore seem at once present and already part of another time. The work asks what remains of us.
