The Ship of Memory

A ship lies among water, rocks and a sunken world. Inside it a woman appears like a memory that has survived every change. Unconnected objects and puzzling symbols drift around the ship, following the logic of a dream. Beneath the surface a second reality exists and is only partly visible. The ship thus becomes the carrier of past experience that we take with us even when we believe we left it long ago. “The Ship of Memory” tells us that what is past does not disappear but changes its form.
