The Ship at the End of the Road
A long, narrow road runs out across the sea towards a luminous ship that appears on the horizon like a promise. On either side lie the things left behind: clothes, suitcases and objects from a past life. An old, almost timeless figure points towards the ship while other people still dance, wait, or hold fast to their roles. A glass vehicle moves between past and future as though it could cross both worlds at once. The ship seems not threatening but almost unearthly, beautiful beyond reach. It stands for departure, for change, and for a possibility that becomes visible only once one is ready to leave part of the old behind. The way there is narrow and has no railing.
